1. Service Authorization & Scope

Sehaj Transport Inc. acts as an independent dispatch service representative for motor carriers and owner-operators. By executing a dispatch agreement with us, you grant Sehaj Transport Inc. authorization to:

• ✔ Contact freight brokers and shippers on your behalf to negotiate rates and secure freight loads.
• ✔ Execute Rate Confirmations and necessary carrier onboarding paperwork under your Motor Carrier (MC) authority.
• ✔ Manage operational logistics, invoicing assistance, and broker communications during transit.

2. Carrier Responsibilities & Compliance

As a carrier partner working with Sehaj Transport Inc., you agree to maintain active, compliant operational status at all times, including:

• ✔ Active Authority: Maintaining active USDOT and MC authority with the FMCSA.
• ✔ Insurance Requirements: Maintaining adequate Auto Liability and Cargo Insurance coverage meeting industry standard minimums ($1,000,000 Auto Liability / $100,000 Cargo).
• ✔ Safe Equipment & Operation: Operating safe equipment and adhering to all federal, state, and local highway safety regulations.

3. Dispatch Service Fees & Payments

Service fees are charged according to the agreed dispatch rate structure (percentage per booked load or flat weekly rate). Payments must be remitted promptly according to the invoice terms specified in your Carrier-Dispatcher agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sehaj Transport Inc. functions solely as a dispatch and administrative service provider. We are not a freight broker, freight forwarder, or motor carrier. Sehaj Transport Inc. is not liable for cargo damage, vehicle breakdowns, transit delays, broker non-payment, or driver safety violations occurring during transport.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, copy, and layout design—is the property of Sehaj Transport Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the dispatch relationship at any time by providing written notice, provided all outstanding service fees for completed or dispatched loads are settled in full.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the appropriate courts.
